I would like to cancel my payment information associated with this account, but I can not find how to do that. How can I remove my credit card information from the account?

I believe the payment information that you have in us is not stored in our servers. We have using 3rd party payment processors like Stripe, BlueSnap and Paypal. In your case, your Bronze yearly subscription plan is processed in Stripe, the credit card you used is stored in their system and is tied in your subscription. If you cancel your subscription the payment information won't be used anymore.
I believe systems that can handle or store payment information securely should be PCI compliant, in this case, Stripe is certified. You can check it here: https://support.stripe.com/questions/is-stripe-pci-compliant
