Cancel my payment

    My payment automatic renewal was on the February 3, and already deducted from my personal credit card yesterday.

    Can I cancel that? Since I can't claim with personal credit card anymore due to  new company regulation and I'm applying for Corporate account and payment will be bank transfer now

    As per your request, we have cancelled the subscription on your account and processed the refund for the latest charge. Please be noted that it takes up to 5 to 7 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account statement. The account is now downgraded to Free and you may now upgrade it to the same plan again using the link below:
