Can I have an email address permanently removed from bounce list?

It's possible to easily remove your email from our bouncelist though I am not currently aware of any way for us to permanently do that from our end since even if we remove you there is still a chance it could happen again depending on your email host's reasons for the repeat occurrences.
The bounce mainly depends any number of reasons which your email hosting provider has rejected or flagged our outgoing emails to your email address.

This had more to do with our membership administrator. She was having a lot of problems with her PC and this caused email issues. A lot of her email was being bounced. She has since, hopefully for good, resolved her PC problem. Her email address appeared on your bounce list twice in two days.
If she continues to have troubles I will forward your information to her.

Can you please let us know the email address with which you are having this issue with and we will check if it ended up in our bounce list?

This email address was in your bounce list on two occasions and I had to clear it, I just checked and she is clear.
