Notification emails are not coming to all email addresses

    Hey,

    One this form

    I have several recipients for the notification email but only one of them actually get the email. Its actually me (graham@landandwave.co.uk) who gets it and none of the others do...

     

    Any ideas?

    I took a look at the form and I do not see any issues with the other emails nor with your email.

    The issue that I believe to be happening is that the emails are being sent / moved into the spam or trash folders, or simply removed.

    Because of that, they can not see it.

    To confirm this, you can change the Sender Email to be noreply@jotform.com and then submit the form. I believe that your current setup - with verified email sender - is the actual reason why this is happening for you, which would be confirmed after switching to noreply email.
