I have changed my form over on my website as you instructed because of your troubles with uncle sam, and they show up fine, but when I fill out my booking form and click submit it doesn't ever show up in my inbox.

Can you provide a form URL so we can look at it?

The action url may still be using jotform.com, you can find this in the code of the form. Look for the action url in the source code it would look like something like this:
<form class="jotform-form" action="http://www.jotform.com/submit.php" method="post">
You will need to change this url as well. Let us know if this works.
