Is there a way to set up a one-time payment?

I am likely going to use Jot Forms for a program I am managing, bringing in upwards of 1,000 applications.

Looking at the pricing options, I’m most interested in the Silver Package for three months (February – April).

Here’s where I need your help! I need to be able to set-up a one-time payment for all three months as opposed to reoccurring charges. How can I set something like that up? My accounting department won't allow reoccurring charges.

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to setup a 3 month subscription.  Our billing only allows for month to month, yearly or two year options.  We have no way of billing you for a 3 month period of time.
