Theme is not changing

When I go to change the theme of my form, it won't replace the old theme when I go to save and view the form...

If you want to change the theme, simply try the following:

1) Use the Reset Theme Style feature: http://www.jotform.com/theme-store/theme/reset-theme-styles

2) Click on Install:

3) Then click on Back to My Forms:

4) Select your form, and go to it's edit mode, and click on Properties>>Form Styles>>Themes, set it to default:
