Jotform Submissions stopped forwarding to Google Spreadsheet

Our jotform page is linked with Google Spreadsheet integration. It always worked fine, but I just noticed that our submissions stopped forwarding on January 7th. Our jotform inbox has continued to add submissions though so I'm not sure why they have stopped forwarding to Gmail. Could there be some Google Spreadsheet limit because it stopped right at 99 submissions?

We do not limit the number of submissions that can go to an integrated Google Spreadsheet, so the number of 99 is likely coincidental. For example, here is one of my own integrated sheets from that time period:

The reason that the integration might have broken could be due to the spreadsheet being modified and saved in a manner that our integration could no longer recognize where and how it needs to continue filling out the spreadsheet. This usually happens if there is a change in the locale setting of your Google account or the Google Spreadsheet, or if there are some other modifications done inside that spreadsheet.

If the integration is no longer working, please try removing your existing integration, and setting it up again by following this guide: How to Integrate Form with Google Spreadsheet.

This will create a fresh new spreadsheet and populate it with all your existing submissions, so the spreadsheet will be able to receive further submissions into it.

Please let us know if the reintegration works, or if the issue persists even after reintegrating your form. Thank you.
