    Why is the account added as "sub-account user" almost full ?

    We upgrade to Bronze on January 12th (JotForm Inc receipt [#2832-8072]) but now we are getting almost full messages... PLEASE Help

    That subscription was bought for the account username "TCAOffice", not for your account "CourtCamp".

    The fact that your account "CourtCamp" was added as a sub-user under "TCAOffice", does not mean that it will merge into the same subscription, because each account is independent.

    So, please note the following: by adding an account as a sub-user into your account, you are not inheriting your account benefits to this account added as a "sub-user".

    What this feature does, is to allow you to share your forms with another account(if the person does not have an existing account, a new account is created): https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

    As you can see, you can grant different accesses to this "sub-account user" :

    Now, if you want to create forms for the account that added yours as a "sub-user", you need to create them under the folder which label is the username of the account that shared it's forms with you. Example:

    If you need your forms to be subject to the benefits of the account "TCAOffice", the forms need to be transferred from to it. So, please confirm us if that is what you want.

    Note: once transferred, the forms will belong to that account, so "TCAOffice" account will need to share those forms with your account, if you need to manage them.
