Getting Multiple Blank Forms

    A client of mine has been saying that everyday around the same time, he's getting blank submissions. 

    When I go to the jotform interface where it shows recent submissions, the blank forms on his form are not showing up in the inbox. There are also required fields and a captcha on the form. I have no clue why this would be happening

    I have the form embedded with the iframe option

    Please help!

    I just tested the form embedded on the link you shared us and I can see the submission: 

    I also was unable to find blank submissions, could you please provide us the link to the form where you are receiving blank submissions ? 

    We will take a look on it and will make some tests trying to replicate your issue.

    Hi Kevin

    Thanks for the prompt response. I don't think I explained myself properly. The form works just fine. Im getting regular submissions. However, I am also getting blank forms every morning in my email inbox. I don't see them in the jotform inbox. It makes no sense lol but they come in multiples as well.

    Hi Andrea,

    I checked the history of the emails for the related form and didn't find any blank email record for that form. Are sure this is the form that sending blank emails to you? Also, I checked several forms' "Notification" and didn't locate any blank email template.

    In this case, you can try to remove the previous "Notification" and create it again by using the guide from the link below:


    After trying this one, please let us know about the updates.

    I'm curious to see if this worked - I am still getting Blank Contact records but all submissions in Jotform are correct.
