    Account access

Asked by Kara  on February 04, 2016 at 03:17 PM

Apparently I use your app for my online store contact forms but am just learning this since it was set up by an ex-developer. Can you please guide me in getting account access? Thank you.

I have just reviewed your form and found the form embedded in the following page

Unfortunately, for security reason I can't give you access to the account. I can only indicate that this form was created in the account ccStudios.

I have also reviewed your page. Your developer used the source code to embed to form. All the information and changes that are made only affect your server. Nothing is saved at our end.

If you have any questions, please let us know. We will be glad to help.

Ok, I understand the security reasons but this is my online store and I no
longer have a relationship with Lisa at cc101 Studios. How can we fix this
    issue as soon as possible?

Like I mentioned, the web developer used the source code to embed your form. We do not have access to your site and neither should your web developer unless he has access to your server. All your data and form runs directly on your server.

Your web developer only contains a copy of the form. Even if he modifies the form, it will not affect your site. If you do not wish for him to have a copy of the form, you would need to contact him directly and ask him to remove the copy from his account.
