If you check the link to the same I had provided on the previous thread: Google Contacts integration you can see the app being shown as not found at this time.
That is the same reason why it is missing in the integrations panel.
The cause of this is that there were many security audits on JotForm recently and as such some apps / integrations needed to be re-made to offer the same things while in the same time being more secure.
Unfortunately some of the apps might have had some additional bugs and because of the same they are turned off completely for new setups - but the old code should still be used on forms that it was already set up before.
I will however raise this to our developers to update you here once the app is back again in the integrations panel, but we can not give you any specific timeframe as this would depend on various factors.
As mentioned however as soon as it is available, we will update you about it here.

we were able to find another service that connects JotForm and Google Contacts. If I'm not mistaken it's called Zapier.com

On behalf of my colleague Ben, you are most welcome. I am glad to know that you have found a workaround. You are correct, zapier can be used to connect Jotform and Google Contacts.
