I set up my for to be redirected if a certain Reps name is selected. It was suppose to go to his email. This does not work, and now I can not even view what was set up.
I swithced my forms at my website over to Xmailpro until you can work out these bugs. I will switch back once everything has been somewhat fixed.
Too many problems - losing sales.
- JotForm FounderaytekinAnswered on April 22, 2010 at 07:06 AMClick on the "Conditions" and then click on "Saved Conditions" button at the bottom of the wizard. You can see or delete conditions from there.
Note that if you setup an email condition that will stop all other emails from working. It will only work when the conditions met.
I have the same problem and below is my condition. It does not work. Everything is still emailed to the email that I have on the Notification 1 alert, even though the condition is met. Please help. thanks.
