When someone submits a survey/questionnaire/or any form for that matter in Jotforms, how are the people receiving the JotForms alerted? For example, a renter fills out a rental application built in Jotform. We want that application to go to our secretary who processes the applications. How is the secretary alerted that a new application was submitted via Jotforms?
We would like to be alerted via email unless there's another solution.
Thanks

Every form has its email notifications. You can configure which email you want the submissions to go through.
Guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications
If you want to be alerted over mobile, via an SMS, follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/answers/232717-How-to-setup-an-SMS-Mobile-Notification
We also have mobile apps that you might want to consider. However, you have to login to your JotForm account in order to get notifications.
