We are finding that JotForm is not always consistently notifying us via email when a form has been submitted.
And,
When a notification comes through it is sometimes FROM: noreply@jotform.com and other times it is from the persons email that has completed the form. How do we ensure the notification email consistently comes from noreply@jotform.com.

On the notifier you have created within your form, make sure that the Sender E-mail is set as noreply@jotform.com. Then, you can select "None" for the Reply-To Email.
