How to ensure consistent email notifications from JotForm when forms are completed?

    We are finding that JotForm is not always consistently notifying us via email when a form has been submitted.


    When a notification comes through it is sometimes FROM: and other times it is from the persons email that has completed the form. How do we ensure the notification email consistently comes from

    On the notifier you have created within your form, make sure that the Sender E-mail is set as Then, you can select "None" for the Reply-To Email.
