We are finding that JotForm is not always consistently notifying us via email when a form has been submitted.
When a notification comes through it is sometimes FROM: email@example.com and other times it is from the persons email that has completed the form. How do we ensure the notification email consistently comes from firstname.lastname@example.org.

On the notifier you have created within your form, make sure that the Sender E-mail is set as email@example.com. Then, you can select "None" for the Reply-To Email.
