Not properly getting notifications

    I set up form BDwest16 Hosted Buyer-exhibitors and set up three different email addresses that should receive notifications when someone submits a form. One of my colleagues Missy isn't receiving the notifications at all. I'm getting a notification, but where it should have the form information it says undefined. I've not had this happen before and would appreciate any help you can give.

    I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this have caused you. I have inspected your form and what I can suggest for you to do now is reconstruct your notifiers just to ensure that you will not get any "undefined" message on your emails. You can delete the existing ones and create a new one for each of the email addresses.

    As for the email address of your colleague, Missy, I have found out that it ended on the bounce list for the reason, "Too much spam". I have removed the email address from the bounce list but, to prevent this from happening again in the future, please refer to this guide, How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues

    I would also suggest you Whitelist-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
