Everything has loaded fine on my website (http://www.strongtowerconsulting.com/decatur-roccs/). However, when I tested it by putting my information in, after pressing the submit button and it says "Please Wait" and does not submit a JotForm. When I tried to fill out the form using a jotform link everything worked fine.
What am I doing wrong?

I've also tested your form on your website. I am not able to reproduce same issue that you are having.
The form submitted successfully on my side.
Can you also test it again and let us know the result?
