Issue with my "thank you for your submission" page.

    I emailed last week or so about an issue I'm having with the "thank you" page.  I had a custom response, but my visitors were saying that it said page not found.  I checked my website's thank you page (which I had linked) several times and it was working fine.  Finally, after several complaints, I used JotForm's standard "thank you" page, and continued to get the same complaints.  Visitors have posted that the submission "wasn't going through" and that they felt the request form may be a scam.  Obviously, this is not good for business.  Any ideas?

    I've tried submitting your JotForm and see that the Thank you page is not entered correctly which is causing the issue. 

    As I check the issue further, I see that there is a condition has been set redirecting to this webpage.

    I've now removed this condition from your JotForm since Email and Full Name fields are required and set the custom Thank you page URL. The form should be redirecting to the Thank you page URL correctly.
