Embedded form will not allow completion of submissions

Hello! I am trying to make my submit button work in my website but can't. When I open my form in a separate window, it works like a charm, but when I try to do it in my website, submit button doesnt work. Do you know what might be wrong?

Try replacing your current embed code with the iFrame code:

If the form works properly on its own, using the iFrame code will ensure that the form works the same embedded as it does on its own.
