My Account has not been upgraded even though I have paid.

    Processed on 2/15. It was stated that my account would be upgraded but it has NOT yet been done. I need this done immediately.

    Your account is now showing as Premium on our servers, you may need to log out of your JotForm account, and log back in to see the change in status on your local PC.
