Hello. The form is clearly working for people to use however our submission emails are not being received as they were before and just checked and noticed it says the following:
Fri, 5 Feb 16 - 12:12Same error message for all the submissions. Is there an issue on jotform side or does this mean it's on our email/server side? Any help would be appreciated.

I checked your email address and it was in our bounce list, I have now removed it and you should receive your emails now.
I would suggest you to follow this guide in order to prevent future issues related to bouncing:

Also, if you find again your email in the bounce list you can remove it by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list.
