Can I easily update drop-down lists?

Asked by fletch63 on February 07, 2016 at 01:14 PM

I have a form where I'm asking users to make a playlist from a drop-down list.  essentially it is the same question asked multiple times.

The full list of available songs changes over time

    there are two inefficiencies/opportunities:

    - first, I have to update the options in every question each time - can i have a "master list" that populates the options for subsequent questions

    - second, can i automate the update by getting jotform to bring in the list from (e.g.) dropbox?

    many thanks

Unfortunately, there is no current feature that can handle this. If your options changes, you will need to manually update the fields.

You can integrate your form to Dropbox so the submitted data can be uploaded/transferred to your Dropbox account. You can check this article for more information: Upload to Dropbox with JotForm.
