How do I fix drop-down fields that are colliding when shrunk?

Whenever I try to create a custom template, the dropdown boxes collide whenever they are shrunk.  How do I fix this?

May we know which of your forms you are referring to? I see you have a couple of forms and they are all updated. 

If the drop down fields overlaps or collides one another, then their width might be fixed, overlapping one another especially when the form's width does not match the total width of the two drop down fields.

Basically, you'll need to make the form's width wider and the width of the drop down field smaller. You can share us the direct URL of your form, you can find it under the "Publish" wizard, the one you shared is not a valid URL.
