    How Can I Remove My Credit Card Number from My Account Details?

    The event I was using Jotform to support is now complete and I no longer require the premium package I originally subscribed to. I am very happy with the product and would highly recommend it. I have downgraded my subscription and this will take effect from mid August. Given that I am downgrading to the free package, I wish to remove my credit card number from the system. How can I do this?

    As you mentioned, you have already cancel your subscription and its scheduled downgrade on August. When your current period ends, the details about your credit card will be disappeared too. Also, we are collecting those kind of sensitive data on Stripe or FastSpring payment gateways not in our servers, so you don't need to worry about their security and privacy.

    However, you have got one alternative. If you have finished your works with our forms and want to delete your payment details now, we can refund you a prorated price and downgrade your account to Free plan without waiting till the end of the period.

    Thanks for your quick response. Given what you have explained I'm happy to leave it as is for now. If I change my mind and decide to go down the prorated refund path I'll let you know.
