My autoresponder isn't working. I have sent multiple tests - and they work. However, when I go to the actual form and try the live version I don't get an automatic response.

Is it the Clean Bottoms form? If not please let us know the form's url so we can perform further tests.
I made a test submission and could receive the auto-responder email:
You will receive the auto-responder in the email that you give inside the form:
Maybe your email provider is blocking the email, for taking it as spam. Please check your Spam folder.
Let us know if the problem persists.
