I keep getting invalid username or password when jotform hands me off to Plimus to cancel my account. However, my information is correct and I can log into jotform just fine with that info. Please help.

I checked your account and it is already canceled. If you received an email from Plimus recently, can you tell me the Reference number on it? I can cancel it for you.
