I've created a JotForm that's being used as a registration form for classes. I would like to distribute the class list to the teachers as FYI to know who enrolled in their respective classes. Is there a way to generate such a class list?

The easiest way would be to integrate your form with a Google Docs spreadsheet:
Then, share a link to that spreadsheet with whoever needs to see it.
You could also download the submission list in Excel format and attach a copy to an email:
