If we choose this option can the form be submitted multiple times from the same IP? Also how long is the cookie set on someones computer before they can submit another order?

Questions brought from other (duplicate) thread:

If my form is set to loose check and I get someone who wants to re-order. Do they get a warning message that they need to clear their cache or cookies?

You can see more about this here: How to Set Unique Submissions on a Form

Now to cover your questions on the same as well:

If we choose this option can the form be submitted multiple times from the same IP?

Loose check will mean that a cookie is created for that form that tells it that the same person had already submitted something over the same. Since cookies are browser specific, it means that you could run another browser on the very same browser and submit the form once again (same IP, same PC).

If you are familiar with FireFox Profiles, you could have several profiles and technically submit the same form from the same browser as well, by switching through these.

It is however enough of a security measure for most people since they are usually using one PC.

    - It is important to note that everyone can edit and delete the cookies assigned to them by some website, allowing them directly to access the form again if they wish to do so.

Also how long is the cookie set on someones computer before they can submit another order?

This is set for 1 year from the submission - so if someone submits now, they can not until 8th of February 2017.

If my form is set to loose check and I get someone who wants to re-order. Do they get a warning message that they need to clear their cache or cookies?

It would not be constructive if the system would tell them that they need to clear the cookies, since that would guide them to how to cheat the system.

As such they are shown the form as it is, but when they try to submit it once again, they are shown an error.
