Form is slow on mobile devices

Asked by stuffmartusa on February 08, 2016 at 12:02 PM

My form works flawlessly on the desktop but seems to be very slow and hard to fill in on my mobile device.. is there a fix for that? BTW, I enabled form responsiveness in both the editor and the form designer,

This is a re-post of a comment on Deprecated: How to make mobile friendly forms on JotForm

The issue is most likely related to enabled Autofill option which saves the whole form when anything is changed.

I have disabled the 'Enable Auto Fill' option on your Russellville Market form.

Please re-check the form to make sure that the issue is fixed.

That fixed it perfectly! Thank you!

Now, the only problem I have now, back to the mobile thing, is that when the user gets to the part where they are selecting the market that they want, it gives them the option of selecting a quantity on the pc version, but not on the mobile version.

Thank you for your help. Your form creator is the best I've seen so far and when I get the money, I will be upgrading!
