My forms will not submit, how can I fix this?

When you hit submit the form just hangs there saying 'Please Wait'. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

I checked your website but I'm unable to access it. It seems to be down. Here's what I am getting:

However, after a few minutes. It seems to be back up now.

I see you seem to be using Wordpress, but I'm not sure if you are using Wordress.com or Wordpress.org. If the iFrame does not seem to work, you could try the steps mentioned here: http://www.jotform.com/help/324-A-Guide-To-Forms-For-WordPress-JotForm-Users
