My company continues to have the same issue. We pay for services, and we reach our quota in less than a week. Jotform is counting old submissions.
We paid, and our account still said free. We paid for a month of premium service, and we have not received a response yet. Can you please provide solutions?
Jot Form resolved this issue very quickly. It turned out to be from a mistake we made when paying for a new subscription. Thanks, Jot Form!
