I'm creating a recurring PayPal donation form using JetForm for a non-profit organization offering 4 different "standard" recurring payment options and also offering the donor the choice of which of several different "funds" they want their donation to support. Setting up the choice of 4 stadard recurring options is, of course, simple. Adding the additional choice for the donor to select a specific fund to support and pass this information along to become part of the PayPal transaction is, however, a different story. The organization has a business PayPal account, but PayPal doesn't offer them the opportunity to view the account online in the old "classical format", so the use of a "custom" field add-in isn't a solution.
How can I structure the form to pass on the donor's choice of a specific fund to become a part of the PayPal account listing online in the "new" format?
(Obviously, the fund choice will appear on JotForm's notification when the initial payment is made. But without subsequent notifications from JotForm for subsequent payments, the payments will only be reported by PayPal and no fund information will be included in the notification or in the account when viewed online in the "new" format.)

Unfortunately payments and subscriptions are not handled on our end and therefore cannot be structured in a way that it will pass the fund information during the recurring payments.
Do let us know if you have an other concerns and we will be glad to help.
