I tried it in Chrom as suggested! I also disabled the extensions from Firefox. I still have the same problem. I get a message that the form is huge - see attached screenshot!
Then nothing happens!

It seems like there isn't any form in the account related to your email address.
Please try the following steps:
1. Logout jotform
3. Close browser.
4. Open the browser.
5. Login to your account.
6. Open the form builder.
Let us know if the issue persists.
