    I want to change the way I make payment... i have changed my PayPal account

    I don't want to downgrade, I want to keep my premium status, but I want to change my payment method for the future, how do I do this?

    Hello Paul,

    I did check your account and found that your premium bi-yearly subscription is already cancelled earlier today. As you had bi-yearly subscription, your account will remain premium until August 05, 2017 for the time you have already paid. After this date you will have to upgrade your account again.

    I didn't cancel it, I just cancelled by PayPal payment method - I am not using that PayPal account for payments I just want to change my payment method - how do I do just change my payment method?

    Hello Paul,

    Unfortunately we will not be able to reactivate cancelled subscription. Since your account will remain premium until, August 05, 2017, there is nothing to worry about. The only issue is that you will have to upgrade your account again any time before August 05, 2017.

    Please be noted that our pricing and subscription plans have changed but as an exception, we will offer you same old pricing since you did not want to cancel your subscription.
