Can I have google form results load into multiple spreadsheets

I run a violin music studio and would like to have students respond to a form when they have completed certain music pieces.  I would like the student to have access to their own individual progress spreadsheet as well as to have their results loaded into my own "master" spreadsheet.

Is this possible to set up?  If so, how?  What level of plan would I need to purchase?

    Thank you.

We will try to find a solution that meets your needs, but we need more information.

How many students do you have (approximate number). How many new editions would each student make? What kind of fields/questions would the form have? Do students need to access the results in spreadsheet format or can it be in another format?

The monthly plan is dependent on the number of monthly submissions you plan to receive. If you plan to receive less than 100 monthly submissions you can have a free account. If more than that you need a paid plan. You can see here more details on our pricing plans:

We'll wait for more information to continue.

Hello Carina - thank you for your response.

    Number of students - 30 to 50

The form ideally would be able to be accessed and updated with responses added when the new music has been "learned".

Fields/questions - would mostly be either radio (yes or no) or a checkbox (where they could choose more than one "answer".  For example, they could choose more than one of the following:

I can play Mary Had a Little Lamb
    I can play Twinkle Twinkle
I can play O Come Little Children
I can play Mozart Violin Concerto #5
I can play Tchaikovsky Concerto in D

Student access could be via different format.

I would want a my own Master spreadsheet with all students and all their responses.

I'm not sure exactly what constitutes a "submission".  Please explain.

    Looking forward to your assistance.

The easiest way I can see to accomplish this would be to have a single form and have each student submit the form once.  After their initial submission, they would use an edit link in the response email to update that single submission:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

This would give you a master list of the data and give each student access to their particular submission.  They would not have access to a spreadsheet of the submission, however, they would be able to view their own submission at any time and make change when a new song is learned.

A submission is a completed form.  Each time someone completes the form, it counts towards the account total.
