I've checked the date field in the Step 4 section on your JotForm, but couldn't find the hover text. Did you remove it from the form? As I tried to add the hover text on the date field of the cloned version of your JotForm in my account, I see that the calendar is displayed normally. However, the hover text issue still exists which will be addressed here. If the issue still persists after adding the hover text to the field, we request you to let us know so that we can provide you with necessary assistance. If you can provide us with the screenshot of the issue, it would be helpful for us.
