You will need to click on a magic wand icon to get into a Payment Wizard tool to be able to edit the products. Please take a look at the following animation.

Can you please indicate which form you are having troubles updating? I see that you have 7 forms named "PayPal Payment Form".

I have cloned one of them into my account, and they open up correctly as in my colleague's animation. Here is an animation from my own account:

Note that when the wizard opens, you should click on the Next, Next button at the bottom in order to reach the product list. On the product list, simply click on a product, and you'll be able to edit it.

When you are done editing a product, click on its Save Product button in order to save its changes.

If none of that is working on your end and you do not see the screens how in our animations, can you please provide a screenshot of where it is failing on your end? You can attach images to your forum posts by following these instructions.

We will await your response. Thank you.
