Why won't my Jotform account allow me to update my billing information?

    I tried to upgrade my subscription but whenever I press upgrade, it says card declined and gives me a chance to click to update my billing information. When I click on that, it just says my card was declined again. How can I reset my billing information?

    You can update your CC information from your account->billing page. At the bottom you will see the the billing method. On the right is the EDIT link.


    Just clock on the link and follow the instruction to update your CC information. You may also view our users guide for more information.How to update my subscription's payment method
