Can you help me find out why our form is currently getting this "Form as exceeded its allocated quota" error?
Also, our IT Director Troy Kyle is no longer working here and I have taken his place. My name is Gregg Curtin and my email is firstname.lastname@example.org, Phone 5123704188. Is there a pending payment needed to continue service? Can you forward me any additional invoices or billing information?

Form you provided is created on account pecutx. That account is free account type. As free user you have a limit of 100 submissions per month and currently you have 157 submission. Because of that your forms are disabled.
For free accounts, submission counter is reset on first day of each month.
If you want to have more submissions you can upgrade you account. More about different type of accounts you can find on our Pricing page.
Considering that you mentioned that owner of that account no longer works with you and if you do not have access to this account, I would suggest you to contact Troy and ask him to provide you password of that account. Than if you want you can change email address of that account and password.
