I followed your instructions and did a test - still failed. So I tried again and it still shows the Red Remove box and I did it again - Email still Fails?
Please advise.

I did check your email address: conveyorguard@aol.com.
The emails are rejected from your end, I have removed it previously from the bounce list and it's in again.
I just did a test and I see that the email was rejected again, please ask your email provider to whitelist our IP Addresses, you will find them here: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
This should fix the issue.
