Form over quota Error

    My account username is: ouhcsa

I have a form (Timesheet Submission) which worked for several years on the free version of JotForm with a non-SSL submission of entries.

Now, we are receiving the "Form over quota error". The form displays as secure when loading, which it did not do prior to the October 2015 update. This leads me to believe that this is an issue regarding the old SSL-security policy of only ten submissions per month.

    Can you fix this issue?

    Regards,

    Evan

Your account is over its file storage limits.  Free accounts are allowed up to 100mb worth of files stored, your account is nearly triple that at 297mb.  To clear up space, you will need to delete submissions that have files attached.  I would recommend backing up any data to excel or something other format prior to do doing so:
