I just found out about your DNS issue because a client could not submit the form. I signed up for a free account in order to test the service. After which I had planned to go with a paid plan.
I do understand that problems beyond immediate control can happen. But it would have been nice to have gotten an email alerting customers that there is a problem. Even if done so after the fact. Better late than never would have been fine.
I had to decide between Jot Form and another form builder.
Now I know.
No need to reply to this..it's not necessary as I will be canceling my account.
