I am trying to use the Back-Up app. I select the forms with the "form picker", and click on "Start Back-up". I get the message "Login Successful!" and my forms are listed below. When I click on "Start Back-up" nothing happens. When I click on "Recover from a Back-up file" I get a file window with no back up files available. Please explain how to use the Back-Up app.

I tried to contact the developer by email but did not get a response. I am still interested in using the Back-Up app but I need instructions on how to use it.

I checked the Back-Up app and it seems like it is indeed broken, I see there are a lot of errors in it in my browser console.
I have forwarded this to our developers to have it fixed. Unfortunately, I'm unable to give you a time frame to when this will be resolved completely.
If you wish to backup your data you can easily download them manually as an excel, CSV or PDF file. You can also download all your file uploads. Here's a guide that you can refer to: http://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Partially-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF
We will update you directly on this thread as soon as we hear any news on this issue. Apologies for the inconvenience.

What if I want to back up forms along with submissions? I see that the link you gave only helps submissions backup

Hi, I believe you opened a similar thread on this link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1062345. As mentioned in that thread, you can export all your data at once, that includes the forms, submission data, file uploads, etc...
I hope that helps.
