My Jotform was deactivated yesterday because I had reached my submission limit. I then paid $139 for a 2 year subscription, yesterday. I have redirected the forms using the new JotForm domain. Why is my Jot Form still non-functional?

I'm getting the over quota error as well.

I have made a change on the server. You account should now be showing as Premium, you may need to log out and back in to see the change on your PC.
