why can't I log in from my phone?

I can log in on my computer just fine, but when I put the same info into the login page at www.jotform.com on my phone, nothing happens when I hit the green "Sign-In" button.  The button goes dark for a second to show it's been tapped, but it neither takes me into Jotform nor gives me any error message.  It just looks like it did before I pressed the button.

As a test, I tried purposely misspelling the username and it does the same thing.

Tried resetting my password on the computer and going back to my phone.  No improvement.

Was awkward the other night at an event when I couldn't check an RSVP list I created through Jotform so i didn't know who was coming.

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy 5 using Chrome to access Jotform, btw, if that's helpful.  Thanks.

Thanks for letting us know about this issue.

If I am not mistaken it seems to me that you are basically trying to log into JotForm.com via your Android Device through Google Chrome's mobile web browser. This should work even though it's not something that would be ideal as you lose some of the functionalities you get via desktop usage. At the moment I cannot replicate the issue but will continue to investigate it further to see if there's any other probable causes.

Does this happen when you use the default android browser or another browser? I would suggest trying that to see if the same issue occurs and let us know.

Since you said you are trying to view one of your forms submissions for checking rsvp's and are using an Android Device have you considered giving our Android App a try as an alternative? It will basically let you access your form submissions data to help you keep track of it easily.

The phone only comes with one browser:  Chrome.

However, despite trying multiple times on 2/5 and again yesterday with the same problem, today it is suddenly working and I was able to get to my form results.

That said, I did not know you had an app and I'll download that as well since it might display nicer, but now that I'm in, other than a lot of scrolling, it seems to work well.

Any chance anything got updated since yesterday as a result of my inquiry?

I can see that you are now able to login to Jotform using your android phone. I also tried logging in to my account using an android device (chrome browser), and I was able to login successfully. The issue you encountered might be a temporary glitch.

For the best Jotform experience using an Android device, we suggest you download the app instead. Here's the link again for your convenience:

The app version doesn't give the option to see ALL responses in a spreadsheet format like the online one does?  That's pretty much the only way I look at the results.  After the initial look at their comments, after that, it's only the spreadsheet format that is useful to me.

If the app doesn't offer that, I may have to keep using the full website on my phone and keep on zooming in to read it.

The app does display your data much differently since it is not the same as the spreadsheet visually.

However, you can choose to view "All Submissions" or "New Submissions" and even "Per Form Submissions".

Also, it's not currently possible to convert or export this via the app either though we are exploring that as an option.

But, A workaround for that for the time being if you insist on looking at excel format would be to integrate your form with our google spreadsheet integration and also have the google spreadsheet app which you could easily view from mobile in a similar fashion.

I looked at both of those links and I'm not sure I follow.

Would i have to continually export the current spreadsheet to the Google Spreadsheet Integration?  or is it something I set up once somewhere so that the results are always viewable that way?  Not really following from the link what I'd be doing to accomplish this.

Could I open the sheet it created with Excel on my phone would i HAVE to have yet another app to see it that way?

Thanks so much.  Really impressed with Jotform so far!
