    Removal from Bounce LIst - Email still Fails - Back on Bounce List?

    Everytime I clear the Remove the convyorguard@aol.com from the bounce list and send another email from their website it Fails and puts them right back on the Bounce List???  I have discovered that the emails have been failing for 3 months.   This is not good.

    I would suggest you to reply just reply only in one thread, it helps us to assist you better and do not have multiple threads about the same issue.

    I have suggested on this thread to ask your email provider to whitelist our IP Addresses: http://www.jotform.com/answers/768193-Removed-from-Bounce-LIst-Email-still-Fails#1.

    I think that it could fix the issue that you have, since as per my tests, I can see that the email is being rejected, so whitelisting our domains and IP Addresses should fix it.

    Thank You for your assistance.  I found it easier to replace the recipient email address with another and just forward that email.   The white-listing is a such pain and time consuming with the email providers.   Thanks again - this can be closed as resolved.
