Why did I get charged after downgrading to the free account?

    My paypal account was still charged this month even after I downgraded my account to the FREE last month.  I would like a refund of the 9.95 immediately please.

    My apologies, you can refer to these instructions to cancel it in your PayPal Account if you wish for it to be immediate:

    (1) Login to your Paypal Account

    (2) Find the latest payment you have made to JotForm or Interlogy

    (3) Click the subscription number for that transaction

    (4) Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.

    I will send a request for a refund for your most recent payment.  You should receive the refund about 5-7 business days depending on the number of current requests.
