We currently have wufoo. We use it to collect information from a form (the form is a 360 Assessment). We take the information collected and export it into an excel spreadsheet. From excel we import to Access to create a report. In Wufoo you cannot create a report that can be printed and handed to the client. Is it possible to take the information gathered through a form and create a printable report with your product?

Yes Karen, that's possible with JotForm.
You can export your form submissions data to Excel, CSV or PDF.
You can also create a different type of form reports like HTML Table, Grid or Visual Report.
With the Visual Report, you can easily generate eye-catching reports that are informative. You can add bar chart, pie chart, line, form submissions grids and images.
Please check these guides to learn more about creating form reports with JotForm. http://www.jotform.com/help/chapter-6-Reports.
- Karen GregoryAnswered on February 10, 2016 at 11:46 AMThanks for your help. I want to take it a step further - exporting the
information from jotform to excel will work, but when you import that excel
document into access it loses some of the integrity and information is
lost. That is what happens with wufoo. It has something to do with the
third party "jotform or wufoo". That data exported into excel creates
This is the reason I want to be able to create and PRINT a report with all
of the data that is being collected. With jotform do your reports print
entirely? In wufoo the reports are only made for electronic use.

All of our reports should be fully printable. Our online reports only display a certain amount of submission data though. To print larger amounts of submissions, 20+, you would need to export your submissions via Excel:
Or integrate with a Google Docs spreadsheet:
Both can be printed.
