    My reservations are not coming through from my clients

    I am filling out the jot form reservation from my website: swsedan.net however I am not receiving any of them.  This is a major disaster because that's how my clients make their reservations for our service.  I have no idea what business I might be missing, need your help ASAP, thanks.

    Hello Jeffrey,

    I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly to send submission emails to swsedan@cox.net.

    I did check our email logs and found that the emails are being sent successfully. Please check email logs for your reference:

    Have you checked your spam folder already? I would suggest you to check your spam folder and see if the emails ended up there.

    I would also suggest you to speak to your email service provider and ask them to whitelist our domain names to ensure the delivery of emails.     Alternatively, you can also use your own email address to send submission emails. You should create a Custom Sender email in your account and set it as recipient email of yoru form's notification email alert. The following guides should help you:
