How to make form mobile friendly

    I would like to have a tablet set up so that visitors to our church can fill out a JotForm with their information.

    I would specifically like for the form to reset back to a blank form after the person submits. Is there a way of doing so through your app or would you recommend using a browser in kiosk mode?

    You can make your form Mobile Responsive as you see below:

    Alternatively, you can make the form responsive from Designer.

    At that time, your customers can fill out the form without any issue with Tablet or mobile phone.
